Using the same logic as Obamacare, we can now solve homelessness with mandatory housing.
We have people taking advantage of the system that could afford housing but are instead living in homeless shelters or sleeping under bridges.
Under this new program you would have to prove you have housing or you will be fined.
Now it may sound odd that people that could afford housing would chose to actually go with housing and pass the cost of their housing to the rest of society who has to pay for public housing and homeless shelters, but it's true.
