Original Message Fellow GLPers, everyone knows that obesity is getting to epidemic proportions in the US, and slowly around the world as well. Heart disease, strokes, cancer - they're all increasing.

Please please, take better care of yourselves in order that you can live long and healthy lives. I might not disagree with everyone's politics or views of other races etc. but all I want to see are fellow humans living long and healthy lives.

Key point no.1 = cut processed carbohydrates out of your diet as much as you can. I'm not saying you can't have a chocolate bar now and then, or the occasional can of pop. But please try not to make a habit of consuming these unhealthy products, and certainly do not substitute them with so-called 'healthy version' containing poisons like aspartame, saccharine, sorbitol etc.

If you want something sweet, then buy some nice honey and dip your finger in just to satisfy the sweet craving. If you like your drinks sweet, then put some honey in hot water with squeezed lemon for a refreshing sweet drink. Honey is the key to weaning yourself off sweet foods.

Key point no.2 = We are omnivores and we need meat in our diet to be healthy. However, what we don't need is to gorge on meat every day. Have a beef or lamb steak on a Sunday, and perhaps a piece of fish during the week and a chicken fillet another day i.e. just enough to get the amino acids that we need from meat, but no more.

Key point no.3 = All exercise is good exercise.

One of the bars to exercise is that people set it by as a 'special' thing, but quite often lose motivation an hour or so before and decide not to do it.

Incorporate exercise into your daily routine. Use the stairs instead of the lift. Walk or cycle to work. Take your pet out for a walk. Take the family walking on a Saturday in the fresh country air. You don't have to completely tire yourself out; just do something that will make you break a sweat and make you feel nicely tired when you get home.

Key point no.4 = Try to watch as little television as possible. Pick up a book instead, read some fiction, learn a new language, learn some science, write your own book or perhaps paint a picture. The TV is responsible for conditioning people from a young age into being obedient worker/consumers. Just look how people can be ostracised in work if they 'didn't watch the game' or know who won Big Brother or X-Factor. Ignore that - it doesn't matter; following that train of thought keeps you at the low level at which TPTB want you to be.

Educate yourself, ignore the propaganda.

Key point no.5 = Most important, purge your body of hate.

People consistently try to do us wrong in order to control us. The trick is to fight back in a passive-aggressive way. Do just enough to keep them happy, but also enough to let them know that you could walk away without hesitation leaving them floundering.

If you see other people being mistreated, stick up for them against the bullies.

The world is like it is now because people won't stand up to bullies and say NO. If we all start standing up for ourselves in the name of the good of Humanity, the world will be a better place.

Peace out GLP!
