Go to the Shopping link. You still get GOOGLE results but not SHOPPING results. If you've never used their shopping tool then you may not understand what this is about.
Don't need to buy with Google. Who cares. But thanks for the info. I'm switching search engines now. Fuck Google. Goddamned pussies.
GOOGLE Censors GUN, AMMO and ACC Shopping Results.
I can't post the link but you can find, there is a link on Drudge right now.
See for yourself.
Go to GOOGLE and put in your favorite Ammo, then hit Shopping.
NOTHING
The reasoning seems to come from this clause in a letter they sent their customers.
4) Google Shopping should be compatible with Google’s brand decisions. Google Shopping must be compatible with company brand decisions. Our company has a strong culture and values, and we’ve chosen not to allow ads that promote products and services that are incompatible with these values. In addition, like all companies, Google sometimes makes decisions based on technical limitations, resource constraints, or requirements from our business partners. Our policies reflect these realities.
I am quoting this from the letter that was posted in the article. It is not original content to the website.
