Original Message For the past week, when I have woken up and opened my eyes, I have seen what appears to be a spider webbed shape, that is made of soft light??

Has anyone else ever experienced this? I find it very calming when I see it and stays for a few minutes.

I am trying to determine if this is a side affect from caffeine, lack of sleep, or something?? I don't take or do drugs.

Maybe losing my mind!!
