I have just found this very enlightening article, synchronistically.
It would seem that the solar flares are 'waking people up' so to speak...the weakening ionosphere is allowing more of the sun's 'rays' to reach us...
This article says

So does this also mean that this is proof, that there is an intelligent design (although many including myself have believed it) that the solar flares are now being allowed to reached us to 'wake us all up'...
