The excuse they are coming up with is that London is too cold and wet, but is Germany that much better weather-wise? Surely, if they were worried about the cold and wet, Spain or Portugal would have been a better choice. I'm thinking that the Chinese might know that something will happen in London, during the Games, and are staying the hell away.
