His actions clearly do not make sense of someone Gone mental on a killing spree.
Indeed, when you add up all of the expenses for the firearms such as AR15, hand guns, gas masks, gas canisters, bullet proof vest and body armour, explosives, etc the costings will run towards $20,000.
