Original Message My wife and I have been living off the grid for about 12 years, now. We have 2 sons, one is 4, the other is 1.

We built our homestead from scratch, house and all. This is the second off-grid homestead we've built in the last decade.

Our power comes from solar and wind. Our water is from rain catchment. We raise most of our food from gardens, chickens, rabbits, pigs, etc.
