Original Message First let me say most Blacks are terrible dog owners.

Ok so I drive to do an errand and when I come back home (I own) 20 minutes later (Left car gate open) there are two rotwilders that belong to my neighbor in my yard.

There btw have been numerous reports to police and anilmal control about the dogs who have escaped their yard over 15 times in the past year and chased people.

I get out of my car in my property and the two dogs attack me biting me a total of 8 times (Bite wounds to left arm, left leg, and back)

Sherrifs come to the scene with fire dept. and the black owner of the dogs put his dogs in the house and refuse to open the door to police and says animal control would be there shortly....I tell them that it should be considerd assault with a dangerous weapon because the dogs attacked me in my own property but they said its now anilmal controls job....Arrghhh!!! Aimal control comes and says they cannot do anything because the dogs are inside....I tell him this has happened countless times he shows up and the dogs are in the house but now they have attack me...Nothing....Fire dept wants to take me in ambulance but I drive instead to my provider.

So my thing is can I go after the homeowners who rent the house section 8 to these people since they know about the numerous complaints about the dogs from another of their tenants or do I go after the blacks who will not pay a dime no matter what happens????

BTW stiches in my back and wraps on my arm and legs plus tetna shot
