Subject What was CFA day really about? It was a failed viral marketing campaign that was supposed to hurt CFA and help a list of companies for profit.

Original Message Going to explain to people what CFA day was really about, it was a failed viral marketing campaign designed to get a list out of specific companies to boost those company’s profits that back fired against the organizers.

This is only about money to these companies that tried this stunt and it was a stunt that went 100% opposite of what the organizers wanted. They did not take in to account for a lot of things and it bit them back.

We even had gay rights groups protesting the anti-chick-fil-a protesters because it’s not about gay this or gay that it’s about your right to make a statement only.

It has been spun three ways from Sunday literally, but it is not about what the news wants you to think it is about.

This all started with a list I will not post from a few weeks ago, that was going through the activist communities of big business you should spend money with. Most of the big companies could care less about what they support as long as it adds to their bottom line. So they picked a target to get the list out in the news, the list died a painful death and what is left is people supporting a company for a multitude of reasons, not just the reason the news is trying to spin to YOU the consumer of that news.

The organizers failed at their viral marketing and all they did was give CFA a lot of free press that CFA could not buy if it tried.

One more thing about that list of companies I will not list, do not trust their efforts and take their words at face value they do not care about the causes they claim to care about, they just want to increase their bottom line period, they are mad they are not getting this business after all it was their plan!

Edit; I did end up posting that list below.
