Original Message I have been using Urine Pineal Gland cleansing for 3 1/2 years now. The best way to do this is using the nasal-pineal technique. This technique involves the Sirsha-asana position (head stand).

Step 1. Collect your urine in a typical nasal squeeze bottle like the ones used to flush your sinuses.
Step 2. Get positioned in the Sirsha-asana position. Position your dominant hand so that you can flex your elbow and reach your nose with your hand.
Step 3. Insert urine nozzle into nasal cavity.
Step 4. Inhale deeply, hold for 10 seconds, focus energy on Pineal Gland. Exhale. Repeat 3 times.
Step 5. Squeeze urine nozzle gently while inhaling through the nose.
Step 6. Steadily reach for your nose and squeeze your nostrils together while inhaling the urine into your sinus cavities. Hold for 10 seconds.
Step 7. Come out of the Sirsha-asana position and stand upright. You can now swallow.

I have used this with great results.
