Original Message HAARP weather modification boasts that they can create rainfall, and block out harmful sun rays, so why is the US in a severe drought? By the way, when is the last time you have seen a chemtrail? I think I haven't seen a chemtrail in about 8-10 weeks in oklahoma. And we are under a horrible drought. I say this drought thing is unnatural. What say you all?
