[quote:plzxplain:MV8xOTQ3MTY5XzMyNjI4MjAyXzE0MkZBNURE] [quote:Anonymous Coward 9014106:MV8xOTQ3MTY5XzMyNjI3NzM0Xzg4Qzk4MTk2] 4 days isn't very long, but you probably went into it too quickly. Do about 50% raw for a while, and go from there if you wish.
I agree,I think it's too much of a shock to our bodies (and minds) to jump in 100% raw. Take it easy op,take your time and you will (without stress) just naturally want more and more raw and your body organs will 'learn' the new dietary change and de-tox better. I'm not 100% raw and probably never will be,it's winter,I'm liking my nice hot soups! :hf:
I have had the worse body aches/headaches/fatigue of my life. Every single injury I've ever had is bothering me now. I'm eating a wide variety of raw foods as well...but I don't think I can keep this up. Any advice? BTW, I lost 7.5lbs in 4 days.
