[quote:Anonymous Coward 15044657:MV8xOTQ3MTY5XzM0Nzc2NjE4XzZBNUJDQjgy] it's not supposed to be a DIET. you don't "get" healthy... you become that way and it starts in your mind FIRST, then it begins to affect the way you eat. You do not just start eating things because you think it will MAKE you something. And if you're just looking to lose weight, it will never work. And if it does, it will be temporary... because it's vanity. What an idiot. I swear people try to shortcut EVERYTHING. Do the spiritual work. You can't shove food into your body and expect it to want it. You have to want it/crave it. This just proves there are so many people FAKING some sort of spiritual awakening just because they are going through the motions they see REAL enlightened people doing. Maybe you should listen to the things those people are saying as well. Not just imitate physical behaviors and actions. There is thought behind the things, skipping to the end you're not doing any of the work. [/quote]
I have had the worse body aches/headaches/fatigue of my life. Every single injury I've ever had is bothering me now. I'm eating a wide variety of raw foods as well...but I don't think I can keep this up. Any advice? BTW, I lost 7.5lbs in 4 days.
