This says it "Although the threat is low, an isolated tornado or two cannot be completely ruled out at this point. Those at greatest risk are towns and cities across Upstate New York, southern Ontario, and the St. Lawrence Valley, Toronto, Buffalo, Cleveland, Louisville and Memphis will be the first in line today for severe weather" [link to www.accuweather.com]
