[quote:Vision Thing:MV8xOTUwNzQzXzMyNjkzOTk4X0M5QjNDNUJE] No, I haven't, I've been feeling noticeably less soreness despite my physical job. I think it is because of the protein shakes I've been making every morning in the blender, with bananas frozen blueberries fresh or frozen strawberries brown rice protein powder coconut milk (like almond milk, sold in cartons) vanilla extract And then powder or liquid supplements added, a variety of things but the ones that are probably making the difference are MSM powder, about 5000 mg Magnesium chloride liquid, about a teaspoon I put other stuff in there but those and the protein are making me not have any stiffness or soreness in any of my joints or muscles. I used to have pain in my knees, hands, shoulders etc but lately it's greatly diminished or gone. Female gender, half a century old. PNW coast location. [/quote]
Original Message
Over the last several weeks, I have noticed that my muscles get sore from relatively light activity, and stay sore longer. And often I wake up in the morning with sore legs, back, etc for apparantly no reason.
On twitter etc, I seem to notice a lot of people in my area are complaining about similar soreness.
Wonder if there is an environmental reason. Live on the east coast of U.S.
Radiation from Fukushima?
