sure as hell was here in Upstate New York. News people keep telling us some year was hotter, it keeps changing, but my parents are 78 and 84 and they have NEVER seen anything like what's happened this year. The lawns, the vegetation, the crops, and constant suffering for folks not accustomed to heat. I mean, we spend 6 months enduring winter and 6 months preparing for winter. Heat ain't on the list.
