I do not agree... explosion - nuclear reaction - bam, bam, bam, RIGHT??? - Not to mention, faults etc... Stop trying to get people in all the other states to not pay attention, think not many people give a rat's ass bout some cajuns? That may be, but let people understand that their ass is on the line, too, PUNK!
i don't want to cloud the issue by talking about southwest mississippi and and east texas. southern louisiana is quite enough for starters.
Speaking about this does NOT cloud the issue, because it appears to be all inter-related. But, I do get your point, Louisiana IS quite enough for starters!
well, nobody's gonna miss a bunch'a cajuns living in the swamps. but, the whole damn city of New Orleans? !!!!!!!
Dr. E: are you being a bit cheeky here, saying that TPTB will not miss these cajuns, or, is this YOUR personal opinion? You are confusing me. I am trying to figure out the mixed-messages your use of words seem to convey. Help me here. I'm trying to read between the lines in your defense.
well, i'm not gonna sit here and let a bunch'a ants eat me alive.
The initially estimated 200 by 200 feet sinkhole that developed late last week, swallowing ancient cypress trees 100 feet tall near Bayou Corne and Grand Bayou communities in south Louisiana, is now reported to be 380 feet deep with a diameter of 372 feet, filled mainly with salt water with traces of diesel fuel, and only 1,500 feet from a cavern filled with butane, according to Tuesday morning news. Analysts' reports further hint that Texas Brine Company's cavern failed, but the butane cavern failing is today's worst-case scenario.
If a nearby butane-filled cavern fails, as it appears the brine cavern did,
"it could cause an explosion felt up to two miles away."
