[quote:Anonymous Coward 18351046:MV8xOTUzMTA5XzMyNzM4NTU4X0NGRkQxNUI1] It may have been Qi Gong (Chi Gong). In the same family as Tai Chi. It has to do with cultivating the energy that is in everything all around us all the time. Pretty awesome stuff I would suggest looking into it. Chi = Life Energy. Chi Gong is focuesed on balancing your energy as well as healing. Look up some youtube videos and remember that it is not just going through the motions and doing the actions, you must focus your mind and meditate while doing the chi exercises and really feel the energy moving where you want it to. Awesome Stuff! [/quote]
