That means a ratio of 1 armed force to 432 Mercans.  Each soldier would have to off 432 Mercans who will rip the shit out of the soldiers.

What you forgot to mention is that "each soldier" is better armed and better trained than 99% of the 432 'mercans."

They have tactical support: aircraft, tanks, rocket launcher, drones, attack helicopters.
