[quote:TheTruthWorker:MV8xOTY0NDYxXzMzMDg3NzI5XzIyREEzRTU=] [quote:Anonymous Coward 22734305:MV8xOTY0NDYxXzMzMDg3MjQ1XzVCMEE4QUEz] Sergman disagreed with you, I remember him saying that with the chances of a 6 happening you would probably get a few right. Which is true when you keep the mag so low, and you have been told this no end, yet you still take it as you were right, and you even give yourself a three day window for your predictions, hell, you are bound to get a couple right. He changed the rules because you were on his thread arguing until you were blue in the face. I read it all, it is one of my fave threads. Your theory does not work, you cannot say it does with such little research, 2011 did you say? Don't expect a big response until you predict an 8+, that would be a whole different ballgame.
His stats for probability of a prediction during a window were sorely flawed yet I respect his change in tracking quakes as listing all my hits is not the purpose of his thread. The purpose is to show FAILED predictions and most are my hits are not significant enough clog up his thread. I admit predicting a 6.3 quake is not a major thing (unless it occurred where you live) but they do not happen every day. And I have made a few targets lately for 48 or 36 hours instead of the 3 day window as the data determines, but just not all there yet as we are dealing with natural forces.
Due to the above average number of near earth objects making close approaches to Earth I am looking for a significant or newsworthy earthquake on August 25 or 26 + 1 day. Chart below show watch periods due to high NEO count and results. Targets chosen based on daily count and daily averages.
Thread: AMAZING new discovery... earthquakes influenced by asteroids!
