he's got it backwards OP.  Fluoride is not removed through RO, but it is removed through distillation.  We have a distiller.  I prefer to add minerals to my distilled water.  If a person has a buildup of minerals in their body (very common in the U.S) distilled water does have a pulling effect.  So, if you fast in any way and eat a very healthy diet, I recommend distilled water with added minerals (high quality, of course)
