Organic. Soups usually peas, beans all 2 to 1 of corn or homony with tumeric, cumin, garlic, onions, parsley, etc.. Hot tea, i brew the extra into cold. Holy Basil or Oolong normally.
Your diet sounds pretty healthy! I'm sure that you can eat more than that though if it is the right stuff in the right balance. I consulted a dietitian last year because I needed some assistance with choosing a diet right for me. My doctor told me that full fat in moderation was better for me than low fat portions when it comes to dairy products. I used to eat a lot of low fat yogurt thinking it was good for me, but my doctor said the sugar and lack of satisfaction from these items were probably sabotaging my efforts. She said fat is good for us in proper amounts, and necessary. It took me a while (a year) to straighten myself out and find a 'flow' that works for me with food.
Seriously. It's getting old. And disgusting.
Ladies, take some pride in yourselves. Quit living like a slob and stuffing your face while denting the couch. That poor couch! Your poor husband! You are crushing his soul, fatty!
