Original Message [link to www.ndbc.noaa.gov] So...the one near Japan is registering slight movements that actually look like earthquake precurssors. But...the one south of Indonesia is showing a MASSIVE change. Equivelant of 48' change in water elevation. Remember though...these buoys detect pressure and then that is converted to meters via a formula, for easier translation.
