Original Message So im driving down the street and see a struggle, I did a you turn and pulled up and ask if anybody needed any help. I did not know what was going on, but the woman was crying for help and two guys were holding her down, in a fierce battle. I thought the woman was on drugs, but apparently the woman had stolen a whole basket full of stuff.
I thought security guards were not allowed to use force? Security told me they were defending themselves! then I asked the officer that responded to the scene and he replied that it is KOHLS policy and that he wished more people were like that? Then the officer said thet the woman should not have stolen?
