Original Message Racism Is The Reason That the Streets Are So Dangerous.

Yes, you heard me right. Racism. The War on Drugs in the eighties that the Reagan administration gave America was a race based sytem to create a permanent second class citizen ans prison slave worker.

Reagan started his war on drugs BEFORE Crack Cocaine showed its demonic face on the streets, drug related crime was relatively low. Reagan took billions of dollars that could hav went into education and youth programs and directed it into making law enforcement a steoid injected beast.

"Coincidentally" one year later Crack mysteriously appears in the inner city. Next high powered weapons began to grow as a result of "Sudden" ready availability and because of the drug trade that took off, Open air drug markets were allowed to thrive in every big city in america all the way up into the late 90's feeding the prisons a steady flow of convicts to work as Slaves in the Prison system forever lablled felons with out a right to vote and provide jobs for 99% white cities as jailers in Newly built prisons. Also since the Black/Hispanic prisoners are jailed far from where they live they are head counted in these white areas for federal funds inflating the population numbers of these White Prison towns.

So now you have a pemant class of incarerated individuals who are effectively shut out from the voter roles.

Providing Slave labor in the Prison system.

Who are traumatized by violence and drugs.

Reagan and his "War on Drugs" was very crafty indeed. But there were miscalculations that America is now suffering for.

Reagan inadvertantly by trying to create a modern day slave class created a permanent underclass based upon Prison life and Gangsterism and those philosophies have bled into the society and into the youth. So now with so many massive amounts of people being run through the system because of the final plank in his racist evil plan, the "Mandatory Minimun Sentencing" Laws, Prison culture has gone WAY Mainstream.

It would have been smarter to create alternatives to prison and real drug prevention beyond "Just Say No".

This all ties directly into the drug trafficing of Cocaine by Oliver North with Manuel Noriega of Panma. The "War on Drugs" was the excuse Bush used to invade Panama to capture Noriega because he was abot to partner with the Columbian Pablo Escobar and cut America out.

Now Prison culture is a part of American culture. So when you are out on the street with your family and you are scratching your head at the ignorant machismo behavior and the pants hanging down, understand the back story. America failed the people that we fear in order to avoid real integration and to profit off of Cocaine the way they profit off Afghan Heroin today only much worse.
