I tire of you surface dwellers. You do not want help. You want to stay in your paradigm until it collapses.
I will report my findings to the Antarctic Nation. The surface is not ready for our assistance, nor is it wanted in any fashion. We will not intervene with your coming world war.
Think about how you will feed yourself and your family when the trucks stop bringing you food.
You have just tossed away potential knowledge to save yourself.

Not today.
If anyone would be interested in an expedition to colonize and settle the surface/subsurface of Antarctica, the true final frontier, I would be interested in providing knowledge on sustainable automated food production, and power production and storage and joining in the pilgrimage of a lifetime as well.
As we can clearly see, the surface is thawing and if you know anything about the media, they only report small bits of the true big picture.

Our housing could be a type of large, under-ice igloo.
Entire versions could be manufactured on the surface, sunk and covered for very little cost.
A large, flat disk with 3 sections that is sunk into the ice, then raises into a dome shape, with 3 floors, and a central shaft for plumbing etc, and a lift. The whole thing is then covered back up with ice.
Please see the image below for a rough idea of the design I am referring to.
The same technique could be used on land under domes created by inflating massive, dome shaped balloons, then covering them with concrete.
