Original Message Witnessed it tonight (9/11/2012), definitely not an air craft. Orange object was in one spot and appeared out of no where, as if someone flipped a light switch and it was there..... within a few seconds it started fading to darkness. I want to also state that appx. 1hr prior to our first sighting, we encountered a swarm of dragon flies.... we're not from here, so we didn't know if this was normal or not.... but when I called the hotels front desk, she assured me that it was very unusual and a very hot topic at the moment. I have a feeling that the two oddities go hand in hand. I currently am looking at 8 dragon flies in the living room of my condo at Compass Cove Resort in Myrtle Beach. I can't explain what I seen, but I do know that it has gotten me very nervous. We witnessed appx 5-6 sightings.
