the idiots (the cop and the shooter) decided to step outside and act as if the cop was checking him for weapons in front of everyone so as to give everyone the impression that this was a patron because everyone was backing away from the guy in total black riot gear body armor.

Something isn't quite right about this footage. Something feels a little off, and it always did since we first saw this footage.
I don't think this idea of taking the shooter out the front was the best idea for them to use. Really idiotic. It did keep the shooters face off camera, with the batman mask, but wtf
