The judges who will soon retire :

Scalia : 76 years old... conservative... that would make it 4 conservatives 5 statists

Kennedy : 76 years old... conservative... that would make it 3 conservatives 6 statists

Ginsburg : 79 years old... statist... will be replaced by another statist

6-3 of judges would be statists... aka whatever the government wants, it gets... ban guns, force people to buy health insurance, ANYTHING.
