After a very unusual heat wave in southern Brazil, with several record heat broken (in winter), more than 8 inches of rain fell in some areas of southern Brazil since yesterday!! Many roads are blocked!
Northeast Argentina, Uruguay and southern Brazil are now under the threat of a very strong extratropical storm!!!
Winds up to 90 mph (in Brazil this is pottentially very destructive)are expected tomorrow !!!

The weather is completely MAD!!!!
