Someone asked me the other night and I didn't know.
I thought it might be a good topic for discussion on GLP.
I don't care who you think they will or will not vote for, I just wonder if they are alowed to vote?
Are there any IQ restrictions or restrictions against mentally challenged or even insane people? People with all sorts of mental disorderes? Which ones are allowed to vote and which ones are not? Or can anyone vote regarless of IQ and mental stability?
Also, what percentage of the voting population are these people?

not a thread to hate
on mentally challenged people or people with mental illness, just a thread to discuss their voting rights.
