2:15 a.m. IRST, 31 Shahrivar/September 21 The Toronto Star reports that Fatemeh Derakhshandeh Tosarvandan, an Iranian national living in Canada with her 16-year old son, is set to be returned to the Islamic Republic despite the fact that she faces a charge of adultery there that could lead to her execution.
