I live in Tennessee.
I can't figure it out. it's been the loudest I've heard for 3 day's now.
It sounds like a big idling diesel engine in distance that never seems to quit. I first started hearing it in 2006 and it's been going on ever since.
It's really frustrating to constantly hear it and not know what it is.
It has stopped probably about 10 times since it began in 2006 till tonight where it's louder and more annoying then ever.
I've tried to record the noise but it seems impossible.
also we've had almost a week with no clouds in the sky at all.
