What the hell were you thinking when you decided it was a good idea to make the hard drive inaccessible via the back panel or side, and instead make me take the entire thing apart to have to replace it? It's bad enough that it couldn't just be under the top bezel, but UNDER the motherboard????? Seriously? You're lucky to get 4 years out of a hard drive. You know they're going to have to get replaced.

I call foul! By making it such a pain for the average person to simply replace a bad component that commonly fails that you think they'll just replace the whole computer.
