I don't think they could keep it a secret if he were killed. They aren't that skilled.
Williams gonna die so Harry can rise to the Throne.
Not if the Duchess of Cambridge is pregnant. Harry would only be next in line if William dies without heirs. I think.
Who gives a fuck if their nanny died, besides the British shepple??? Nevertheless it's all over the MSM, and IMO this is a subtle preparation for the public announcement of Prince Harry's death in Afghanistan.
(CBS News) Prince William and Harry's childhood nanny Olga Powell died Tuesday of a heart attack at the age of 82, reports say.
"The princes have been informed and are very saddened to hear the news," a Kensington Palace spokesman said, reports British paper The Daily Mirror.
Powell was the princes' nanny for 15 years and helped the children through their parent's divorce and later their mother's death.
Powell, who attended Prince Williams wedding last year, told the Hertfordshire Mercury that the two princes were "just like any other children."

I think they killed him already, but by some unknown reason they are keeping it in secrecy. So in the next days the MSM will publish articles about deaths of British soldiers in Afghanistan and people of the royal social circle, until they finally announce his death of a ritualistic way.
Just watch it...
