The so-called "black list" of domains and websites with illegal content is going to be published in Russia today.
According to Kommersant, the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications will act as the operator of the registry.
In accordance with the law that comes into force on November 1, the agency will supervise the websites the content of which cause harm to children's health. The registry will have an official web address: reestr-zapret.rsoc.ru
