Original Message Cheap, makes a medium sized round loaf, enough for one day and quick and easy.

use plain flour, and milk in a quantity of half the amount of flour used also use plain yoghurt in a quantity of half the amount of flour used. i used 200gr flour, so 100 gr yoghurt and 100gr milk.Add a little salt, and half a teaspoon baking powder for each 100gr flour used.

Form it into a round on a floured surface, then place in an oven on medium heat for 30 minutes, on a greased oven tray, covered loosely in foil.

I tried flavouring mine by mixing chopped fresh basil leaves, fennel seeds, and chopped sundried tomatoes into the flour mix, I guess you could use pretty much anything.

no kneading required, takes two minutes to make then 30mins to bake.
