Budget constraints necessitated that I manage our inground pool this year. It wasn't as bad as I feared. Until today. I went to clean one of the leaf baskets in preparation for closing the pool and found the basket stuffed with the carcass of a robin. Its soaked feathers had knitted themselves all through the basket grating, so I had to pick them out one by one.
Owning a pool is awesome!
