Original Message When you remember stuff, have you paid attention to what actually happens!? I consciously observed this process in me. Here's how I perceived it:

You set your mind in a state in which you want something to be re-membered, found. Your mind starts the task, but what happens is you don't know what's it doing. You just enter a state where nothing happens except for the occasional thoughts and associations which are the product of logic. But in between those thoughts and logical attempts to find the answer, long periods of nothing happen. You (your mind) doesn't know what's up, yet you can fell that something's going on.

That state can't be described with words properly, but if I have to I'll use "mild excitement, subtle yearning for something". And then after X time, when the info you tried to remember pops out of nowhere, you feel subtle fulfillment and overall good vibes. It's like knowing you are connected.

There are 2 types of remembering. Logical the minds way and intuitive. They both do us good. I was describing the latter.
