John Roberts is a republican. This is a republican initiative.  Therefore if John Roberts is a "traitor" he will vote against it and it will fail.

THe republicans real wet dream to stimulate the economy is to kill off public libraries. This will force people to buy rather than borrow.  Also resale of old items would hurt libraries too, because a lot of libraries are reselling old books dvds and cds to subsidize their budgets.
