Simple people really are happier.
Get a smaller house, or apartment if you're stressing about your monthly payment. Peace of mind is priceless.
Spend more time with family. Say "I love you". They won't be there forever.
Stop caring about mainstream media, including the news, TV, etc. It's all a lie to keep you from the truth.
Spend more time outside, and in nature. Take a walk through the park. Enjoy a sunset. Go to the beach.
In love, don't be with someone because of their job, their income, or becuase your parents like them. Choose whoever makes you happy.
Open your mind. Take up something you've always wanted to learn whether it's cooking, painting, or playing an instrument.
Don't worry about what society thinks. We have been trained with mental lists of what's "acceptable" and what's not. Embrace your differences, and dare to be creative. Anyone who's someone dared to "break the mold".
Pursue a job you love. Too many people hate their jobs. That's an indication that their gifts and abilities lie in a different area. Ask yourself what field you would find fullfillment in.
Take your time. We are always rushing through an endless string of activities. We're too busy to even enjoy them! Sit down. Call up a friend. Relax!
