Original Message I have spent a year out of the military, after three years and a deployment to Afghanistan.

I was going to go to college and become an officer, but I have come to the conclusion I would rather serve as an enlisted member and progress through the ranks as a Sergeant.

I one day want to be special forces, airborne, air assault, and anything else I can participate in that would further my skills as a soldier...

I am a 23 year old White American, and I dont know who to believe in the middle east, and I am not religious.

With all this ww3 talk, I wonder....would it be in my best interest to serve and fight for our country, or should I hold out for a bug out?

Should I wait it out til Dec 21st?
