Its nice to have people ears.
One thing to think about/mull over. Your more liberal people are disalusioned with power. They feel your "hard hand policy" prevents them opertunities for social and societal advancement. Its not you they dislike, its power. So solidify your military control, they will never object to national defense, and when they do, tell them the troubles out there that you protect them from. But support the innovator, let some disruption (disruptive technology) in the equation, and tell anyone it disrupts that you have their back you will make sure they are always oligarchs. And take some steps to decentralize your power, let them fail or succeed on their own, and let them know when they have failed or succeed on their own, praise and critique them. You have this image of a dictator, you have to shake that, and you are a master of the craft i know you will.
Stay up... keep her in check, keep her freaking out, keep her mad, keep her, just keep her... I'm suffering her more than you.... obviously.
