like, ill be laying there, then suddenly my feel feel like they "slip" like im tripping and i have to grab the chair to keep me from falling ...or going... its some kinda of interdimensional thing... or outer dimensional..

anyone ever experience this>? its happened to me several times and it is sudden and usually right before sleep
