But honestly, when you open your mind wide enough that's easy enough to do. That's one of the main reasons I tend to not even believe myself until I've confirmed things (like my document searches or how I take Google maps or blueprints and follow the paths I took in my memories to see if those paths really end up at the buildings/rooms I ended up at..I'll usually draw an as detailed as possible diagram or map myself first and then see if accessible data matches the memory). Unfortunately I have a long history with it or it's favourite twin cousin. A lot of it has been very painful, and as odd as it may seem to want to work through anything therapeutic on a public forum full of trolls, I really can't think of a better audience.
