...America ceased to be a Republic and descended into Dictatorship when President Obama signed Executive Order 13603.

Through Executive Order 13603, Barack Hussein Obama completely bypassed the U.S. Constitution -- and Congress -- and awarded himself the power to impose Martial Law on America.

Obama's Executive Order 13603: NATIONAL DEFENSE RESOURCES PREPAREDNESS is nine pages of legal mumbo jumbo. But when you dig deep you'll find that he has hijacked our country, bypassed Congress, and really stuck it to the American people.

His new powers? It's a tin-pot dictator's wish list of pettiness. He can now:
• Force the production of electric cars
• Grant a bailout to any person or company he likes
• Replace the manufacture of consumer products with items the government wants
• Break existing labor contracts
• Hike up airfares
• Raise gas prices whenever he feels like it
• Reduce healthcare provisions
• Reduce pay
• Set any food prices he likes, anytime
• And so much more...

Let's see -- he can dictate how far we can travel...what we can eat...and where we can work...
...sounds communist to me!

FACT: There is absolutely no Constitutional provision for Martial Law through Executive Order. The Congress can overturn it anytime it wants with a swift piece of legislation.

We just need enough Senators and Congressmen to vote to overturn it.

It's time for us to let Congress know what's at stake...and how closely we're paying attention.

We absolutely MUST stop President Obama from seizing any more power and trampling on more of our precious freedoms.
