It was costing me over 200 a month with insurance. So that extra 500.00 a month? Not mine. I plan for it to go to taxes next year. We know at the minimum taxes will go up to 3500 per person and up to 4000 a year. Divide that by 12 and you are looking at 300 a month. If you are married then you lose 600 a month per family in new taxes. This is before Obama care taxes kick in for the 2014 year. It took over 7 months to sell the boat 4k under blue book and 5 months on the bike 1k under blue book. Things are bad out there. Really bad. If Obama gets in, it will get worse. Much worse. The war on energy...like no drilling in the gulf and our gas prices are going up. The war on coal scares me because my area uses a lot of coal. We pay $16mwhr and that is projected to go up to $162 soon and some areas like Ohio will go up to $362mwhr. So some of my $500 a month will be going to taxes and energy. Playtime is over. I truly do not believe that Mitt Romney will get a fair election in November with Spain counting the votes. I fully feel the Muslims have taken over and we are fucked. So It's better to plan ahead now, and prepare for the worst and hope for the best. If Romney gets in I can get more toys. If he doesn't and I'm planning for that....everybody will be trying to sell come February next year as their checks start to evaporate before their eyes. I don't want to be the one trying to dump things. I'd rather be the one trying to buy things 50% off......people will be desperate. I feel like an asshole saying thing but if you don't prepare now....it's your own fault. 2014 is going to bring even more pain.
Good plan, you're probably correct. I hope you're not but you're a thousand steps ahead of most who don't think about spending their last 5 bucks today and being hungry tomorrow. They would never consider a "long term" savings... instant gratification today's lifestyle. WTH? Scary because he sees what's happening in today's world? Or scarier because he's planning for beyond tomorrow? Scariest because he's willing to give up some toys for life circumstances (like taxes).... Ah hell, must have been a liberal dribbling... it spews from them. They can't help it.
My company employs over 150 people. When our payroll software went down a few weeks ago, I never realized how many people live paycheck to paycheck. We were forced to "guess" pay based on hours worked through APD. Many checks were 50-75.00 short. Not very much but to many ...you'd think we were tossing them in the street. They could not live....and I'm shocked because they all have cell phones, talk about parties they went to...I know alcohol costs money.... You are right. People do not manage their money. They do NOT plan ahead for the worst. They do no think about what their leaders are telling them and until their checks begin to shrink you can't hit them upside the head with a clue bat enough times to make them understand. Only when their money starts to vaporize off of their checks will they believe. Only then it's too late. We are stuck with the Kenyan in charge for another 4 years.
That is terrifying! Although I must admit as messed up as everything is, Mitt would take the fall for the huge setup in place so far if he did get in. Obozo has destroyed America, I do feel it's a done deal. Ya, I had surgery 7 weeks ago. I went to the hospital and they asked how much of my deductible I could pay, I told him all of it. I think the guy about fell out of his chair. He said hardly anyone ever pays the full amount. I did because I knew I had to pay it as it would be well past my deductible when it was all finished. The whole point is, the guy acted like it was some miracle or something. I guess most people end up with one more payment for all their medical expenses. But hey, isn't that boat (new car... fill in the blank) worth the struggle? Geez. People are in for a very rude awakening! Toys are great AFTER you've planned and obtained a "real life" safety net... not before. I have a hard time understanding how people just don't get that. But then again, the majority put the Kenyan in. Go figure.
People don't have to plan for the future now. The government will take care of them now .....right..... People should have at least 6 months of income stashed aside. They should put it above partying, going out to eat, movies, cell phones, cable TV, credit cards, fancy cars that cost and extra 300 a month they don't need and ....they don't do it. They do what they want to do and take advantage of easy credit and get what they want. You are right, this is an entitlement world we live in and people want it now. It's good you could pay. Most people don't have 3k or more to pay off their deductible. In the medical industry I see it everyday. People won't pay their medical bills but will go get a new car with that money instead. I think they think it's a basic human right for health care.
health care isn't a basic human right because you are claiming you have the right to the time and expertise of some one else. You have no right to that.
