IF he was planting evidence, surely the issue should have come up in court in a suppression hearing... And IF he was conducting cavity searches in the field.... I just don't understand how the defendant's attorney would let that go. From the article: Here is a fun fact: It is illegal in Wisconsin for a police officer to perform a cavity search, regardless of what probable cause he may have to believe that a suspect is hiding things in his cavities. I don't know about Wisconsin, but I do know about Body Cavity searches in California. NO ONE EXCEPT A DOCTOR Can perform them. This means, when a suspect is booked into jail, and an intake Deputy even SEES a baggie or some disgusting thing hanging out of someone's asshole, THEY CANNOT REMOVE IT! So, I say again.... HOW THE FUCK Does this go on?
Wisconsin is redneck to the extreme. I have many stories about LEO encounters, but I don't post them because nobody would ever believe them. Here is one: Someone delivered 5K cash in a brown paper sack to the Walworth County DA. The next day someone with 5 felony charges was released from the County lockup in Elkhorn with all charges dropped.
WOW...
For some strange reason wisc_natureboy, I have no problems believing this at all. I have a friend who is a homicide cop and I know there are good cops out there but sadly the cops begin to feel a real sense of us against them due to dealing with a lot of human filth on a regular basis and it jades them. They start to forget that there are good people out there and they feircely protect their own even when their own are the actual criminals. And I am only talking about the good cops here. The bad cops, well they take advantage of the good cops disillusionment and like the snakes they are they look out for number one and F&*k anyone who gets in there way.
