So as we approach what appears to be a major seismic uptick, let's spice things up a bit with a bonus round...
What are the statistics or odds of a MAJOR quake 7+ hitting just 1 out of 3 quake windows and on one of the TARGET dates named, let alone a Great Quake?

But in the meantime, in light of a recent but sudden explosion of threads & video's posting quake predictions/warnings for the END of OCTOBER (some being last minute & being DUPLICATE DATES previously archived/timestamped), I invite and propose the creation of a LIST to help put each in proper perspective for casual readers on GLP to keep track, discuss and MEASURE.
Being the OP I'll take the liberty of beginning the list and posting a preliminary run-down of other entries I'm aware so far, but welcome any corrections or updates as long as they're time-stamped prior to any major seismic event occurring.
Only after this list is compiled, will there be a clearer view or proper context in which to discuss and measure the merit in each.
